At Naked Hockey, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the unused items in their original box, ensuring all protective wraps and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
